Reuben M Potter Republic of Texas Document
1839. Document accounting for expenses of travel for delivering election returns . Signed by Reuben M Potter. Original Velasco custom house document signed by Potter as Deputy Collector of the Port. An early Maritime document of the Republic completely in Potter’s hand and bearing a magnificent signature.
